Our software has a complete in-program help file in addition to our Web site's valuable FAQ section that can answer most of your CreditSoft questions. We provide solutions for hardware purchases, setup issues, learning the program, and much more. We also provide a customer discussion forum where existing customers can sign in to ask and provide answers to CreditSoft questions.

After you have become a CreditSoft customer by signing your CreditSoft Rental Agreement and installing the software, you will receive your product registration key, valid for one month. For each month that you are current on your rental payment cycle, a new registration key will be issued. If you have a question about registration keys, please send us an email.
Your payment must be received in our office before the 1st of each month to continue using your software without interruption.

The easiest way is to pay your rental online!
With ACH Authorization, we automatically debit your bank account on the same day of each month or charge a credit card for your payment for this month only. This method requires you to complete an authorization form and email it to our office at email@example.com.
Mailing or Delivering Your Payment
You may also mail or hand-deliver your payment to our office. If you are mailing your payments, please remember to give your payment enough time to be received and processed by the end of each billing month.
