Resending eSign Envelope

Users can resend the DocuSign envelope as a reminder to the client that they still need to sign the contract. This option is only available when using DocuSign as the provider.

 

Resending one at a time

  1. Click Activity Tab from Lead or Client Screen

  2. Select Documents View

  3. Right click Document History

  4. Choose Re-send eSign Notification

Resending in a batch

  1. Click Correspondence from the Main Menu Toolbar

  2. Click Signable Documents

  3. Select documents to check status for

  4. Click Query Signed Status

  5. Select documents to resend

  6. Click Re-send Notifications
