Users can resend the DocuSign envelope as a reminder to the client that they still need to sign the contract. This option is only available when using DocuSign as the provider.
Resending one at a time
Click Activity Tab from Lead or Client Screen
Select Documents View
Right click Document History
Choose Re-send eSign Notification
Resending in a batch
Click Correspondence from the Main Menu Toolbar
Click Signable Documents
Select documents to check status for
Click Query Signed Status
Select documents to resend
Click Re-send Notifications
