Updating eSign Status

Users can update the eSign Status in batches or one at a time.

 

Updating eSign Status one at a time

  1. Click Activity Tab from Lead or Client Screen

  2. Select Documents View

  3. Right click Document History

  4. Choose Update eSign Status

 

Updating eSign Status in a batch

  1. Click Correspondence from the Main Menu Toolbar

  2. Click Signable Documents

  3. Select documents to check status for

  4. Click Query Signed Status
