The signature log allows agents to view and track the signing status of documents sent to signers. This enables timely follow up with signers during the signing process.
When a signer is emailed documents, the document activity log will track the detailed process of sending, viewing, signing or rejecting documents. This can be viewed in the document history, by right clicking to view the signature log. The documents are signed sequentially based on the sequence defined in the ICCO sign roles.
Opening the Signature Log
Open the Activity Tab for a Debtor
Click the Documents View
Find the document sent
Right click and choose View Signature Log
Below is an example of the signature log view when the first signer has completed signing the documents, and the invite to sign the documents has been sent to the second signer
Once all signers have signed the document will be available to view and the completion email with the link to download signed documents were sent to all signers.
