The purpose of Quick Notes is to allow users to enter notes to document conversations with the client without having to add Tasks. Quick Notes would not be something that required follow-up.
The shortcut to add Quick Notes can be found in the Lead Toolbar, Client Toolbar, Lead or Client Activity Toolbar, the Account Details Toolbar, or the Settlement Offer Toolbar. If the Quick Note is added via the Account Details Toolbar or the Settlement Offer Toolbar it will automatically be assigned to that account. 21619
Adding a Quick Note
Click Add
Enter Note
When a Lead or Client is opened the Notes App will also open. Users can start notes in the top empty note or click Add to add a new note in the Notes App.
