Cancelling eSign Envelope

Users can cancel the DocuSign envelope originally sent to the client. This can only be done individually as each cancel needs a reason that will be sent to the client in the cancel notification. This option is only available when using DocuSign as the provider.

 

Cancelling a eSign Envelope

  1. Click Activity Tab from Lead or Client Screen

  2. Select Documents View

  3. Right click Document History

  4. Choose Cancel eSign Request
