Agreement governing your subscription license, use of the CreditSoft platform, and implementation services.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before subscribing to or using any software, cloud hosting, or technical support provided by ICCO. By signing a CreditSoft order form or logging into your database, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Subject to the payment of your monthly subscription fees, ICCO grants your agency a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the CreditSoft database systems, APIs, Windows application clients, and customer web portals.
License fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. Payment is due before the 1st day of each month. Failure to clear billing by the due date may result in the suspension of license renewal keys and access to databases. Optional user add-ons or test environments are billed monthly.
If you select a Self-Hosted subscription tier, your agency is responsible for providing and maintaining all local hardware or cloud infrastructure (Azure, GCP, AWS) required to host the SQL Server database. If you select a Hosted by CreditSoft tier, ICCO will provide, secure, and monitor all database server infrastructure.
ICCO claims no ownership over database records, client files, and transactions uploaded to your SQL Server instance. Your agency is solely responsible for verifying backups of database tables. In hosted plans, ICCO performs automatic daily database backups.
Any customized databases, screens, templates, or scripts engineered by ICCO during the implementation process remain the intellectual property of ICCO. Custom development is subject to scope documents and quoted fees.
